1) What will it save me?
Between 18 and 30% of your diesel fuel bill. It is impossible to give an exact percentage as there are too many variables, engine size, condition, drivers habits, loads, road conditions etc. The above percentages represent the lowest and highest gains achieved so far.
2) Will it damage my engine?
No. The system actually prolongs engine life, when the mix of hydrogen and oxygen burns, It reverts to its natural state - water. When the cylinder fires, this small amount of water flashes into steam removing abrasive carbon from rings, pistons, injectors and valves. Also, when the HHO gas mixes with the injected diesel mist, it fines out the fuel making it burn faster, more evenly and reducing unburnt residue to a minimum.
3) Will it reduce emissions?
Yes, its obvious that by increasing your mpg, you are reducing emissions by the same percentage, and also because the engine is burning fuel more efficiently, it is producing less wastage. The system actually puts oxygen back into the atmosphere!
4) Can I install it myself?
Yes. With basic tools and following the easy to read instructions. Should take between 2 to 4 hours.
5) What after sales service can I expect?
Contact by either phone or email will bring a prompt response. A service exchange system is operating and should the cell become contaminated by using undistilled water or adding the wrong catalyst, then simply post it to us and we will send an identical reconditioned unit by return post. The system should give many years of service with a bare minimum of attention.
6) What warranty is there?
A full one years warranty is given on all parts except the relay and fuse. Both may be adversely affected by incorrect installation. The relay will be covered by the warranty if we do the installation. The warranty would be void however if the unit is damaged by a collision or misuse.
