The Hydroxy Fuel Cell

92 years ago the use of hydrogen as a power source was discovered. Through experimentation this technology has been used to develop the Hydroxy Cell Hybrid.

Hydrogen MUST be rated as the fuel of the future. It is available in practically unlimited quantities and is not dependent on wind, waves or sunlight. The self designated experts will say that it is too expensive to produce. HHO gas can be generated by as little as 1.24 volts using 1 amp upwards. Experiments were started with a phone charger ( 3.5v at 500mA ) a bit of insulated wire, two paperclips , a glass of water, and a pinch of Bicarbonate of soda.

Through trial and error, we have now developed a system that provides sufficient HHO gas on demand, to augment diesel.

Water is broken down into its composite gasses - by passing an electrical current through it via an anode and a cathode. The resultant mixture of hydrogen and oxygen ( HHO ) is known as Browns Gas. The Browns gas generator, which we now refer to as a Hydroxy fuel cell, uses the vehicles own alternator as a source of electricity, and draws a low amperage current.

Burning the gas is of secondary importance. Hydrogen gas has the smallest molecules known. These attach themselves to the large 'sticky' clumps of diesel hydrocarbon molecules and make them considerably smaller which makes the diesel burn faster, more evenly, and completely - reducing unburnt fuel exhaust to virtually zero, thus giving more power and a cleaner burn.

The secondary benefit is when the gas finally burns, it reverts to its solid state - water. This flashes into steam adding an increment to the engines power output, and steam cleans the rings, valves, injectors and catalytic converter on its way out.
